I am so sorry to hear this news. Cathy always had a smile on her face the few times I saw her after high school. and it sounds like she led a good and righteous life. Prayers for her family and friends as they mourn her. She will be missed.

I am so sad to hear about Cathy's death.  I did not really know her well during High School but at one of our picnic reunions she invited my husband and I to her home that evening.  We had such a wonderful evening getting to know her and her husband.  What a wonderful couple!  Cathy was a devout Christian and lived her life following Christ in everything she did.  I was so inspired by her and when we left I was filled with the warmth of her faith!  I don't believe I have ever met anyone who exuded the love of Christ as she did.  My heart goes out to those who love and miss her.  But I have no doubt that she is at peace with the Lord.  Linda

I am so sorry to hear that we have lost Cathy.  What a wonderful classmate she was, always with a smile and a kind word for everyone.  She will truly be missed.  Condolences to her family and many many loving friends.

I was so sorry to hear that Cathy Holderread Passmore is no longer with us.  She was a beautiful and charming person.  Though I did not know her well, I enjoyed our encounters over the years.  Cathy was always cheerful and enthusiastic and was a joy to be around. Her family will be in my prayers.

I will miss Cathy deeply, but treasure every moment Tom and I spent with her and Larry. I met her on the school bus in 7th grade, when the family came to Corvallis, but was not in her stream at school. However, those brief encounters held a special place in me. Then one day she contacted me in England and said they were coming to visit an uncle and could they come to us?  What a joy it has been to share even just a little of her and Larry's life over the years. Always being drawn closer to our Lord, just by sharing our stories. I never come home without meeting with her, for a pray and a story sharing! What fun Cathy was! Her life has blessed so many.
