Mike died of chronic kidney disease in Gold Beach, Oregon. He is survived by his wife, Nita; children, George, June and Timothy; sisters, Eileene, Anne, Ellen, Cathleen, Suzanne, Julia, Denise, and Joanne; and his brother, Barry.
